One person builds and runs this site, so mail arrives at a human rather than at a ticket queue — and gets answered as one.
A model that will not open, or opens wrong
This is the report I can act on fastest, and three things make the difference between an afternoon and five minutes:
- The file, or a link to it. If it is not yours to share, a model from the catalogue that fails the same way is just as good.
- What you expected against what happened. "The arm is on its side" is a report; "it looks wrong" is a mood.
- The exact address you were on. Pages here carry the model in the address, so the link reproduces the state you saw.
If the browser console showed anything red, that line is worth more than a paragraph of description.
Other things worth writing about
- A conversion that lost something without saying so. The whole premise here is that losses are reported; a silent one is the worst bug this site can have.
- A robot missing from the catalogue. If it has a public description under a licence that allows it, adding it is a small change.
- Using this at work. Licensing for teams, running it inside your own network, or a check your pipeline needs and this one does not do yet.
- Something written here that is wrong. The pages make technical claims; if one of them does not survive contact with your robot, I would rather know.
